What is your reason for not wanting the lights in the nosebowl? Just curious as I've talked to people who have 'one' in the nosebowl and they all seem to be pretty happy with it there. It shopuldn't effect the airflow and it 'might' be a little harder to change when it burns out but that would depend on how it mounts into the hole I guess.
