All the tanks SHOULD HAVE FINGER SCREENS ...AND THIS SHOULD PREVENT COMPLETE BLACKAGE OF THE OUTLET...but IF LOTS OF SHELLAC OR SEALER WAS RELEASED, THE SCREEN COULD BECOME CLOGGED.... gOOD IDEA TO CHECK THE HEADER TANK I didn't mean to scream, just hit the Big Button... On some header tanks, the overflow line was adjustable, as to height in the tank; and in some cases the overflow line failed/cracked....causing drainage of the header. The fuel piump should pump about 7 gal/hr at cruuise....sufficient to exceed full poweer fuel flow...but not so much aas to overcome the return line. Is your header tank full of fuel after sitting all night ??? if Not, then check the overflow line...
