Any one know what this means?  Inch-lbs is a measure of torque, not
tension!
How do you torque a cable?  Maybe they mean the torque on the turnbuckle
should be 70 inch-lbs, but I'd think this could lead to a wide range of
tension on the cable.  The turnbuckle doesn't tighten up that quickly.
