Only for a few months unfortunately. Ten years ago I was injured in a super cub. I now manage a large aircraft management company in so cal and am looking at
getting back into flying. My question is this. Since I now use a wheelchair it is very hard to get in and out of an ercoupe. Is it possible to cut out the area below the side window and install a door? Or is there structure in the area above the wing to the window sill that could not be modified? I have a full maintenance shop that could handle this type of modification if it is possible. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
