Righto. However, if you are going to fabricate your own, consider making
them up using silver-solder and one of those handy-dandy little
oxy-acetylene torches that some craft shops sell. Resistance is death to
ground-straps of any kind, whether they be for your household lighting
rods or on the plane. Static electricity is very high-voltage, and as
such is susceptible to make ugly noises across any sort of resistance.
