Folks. It also comes to my mind that the desired effect of droopy wing tips - slower landing speed- might not work well with most of our Coupes. You need a reasonable high speed of at least 65 for a Model -D to be able to flare. At lower speeds there would not be enough airflow pushing the tail down. Removing the elevator restriction would be one way to go, but then your Coupe is not stall proof anymore... Other then to register the Coupes EXPERIMENTAL , I would not see how all that should be done.
