Steve: 1. Regarding draining from header tank to wing tanks. My header tank drains some fuel to the mains. This is especially noticeable if I haven't flown for several days. It comes back fairly quickly after start up. 2. I haven't noticed vibration in the range you mentioned other than that it runs smoother at 2300 RPM and up. When reduced to 2200 RPM and below the engine seems to have somewhat more vibration than at higher RPMs. I have a C90 in my Forney. My prop is a 71-50.
