Steve, Forgot about the viberation.... On one of the McCauley props, I'll try to look up, there is a restricted RPM range due to viberations--- causes the crankshaft to fall off after ecxtended operation - That may be exagerated...... but if you have a rPM viberation, the engine should not be operated in that range...because it can cause failure of cranks, etc...
