There aren't too many factors to sort out here but first if you have
installed an oil filter make sure it is getting good flow through it. I've
seen this problem before. Make sure the oil screen is clean, again this
can
restrict oil flow. The next thing to check is the baffling, just a quick
check is not enough. Make sure every crack is plugged. One area often
neglected is the baffling at the back of the engine that seals against the
top of the cowl. In flight this gets pressurized and can leak even though
on the ground it may look good and tight. Last but not least you may need
to boil your oil temp probe to check calibration. This is a relatively
rare
problem though. Good luck
