Does anybody else have problems with high oil temps?  My wife's M-10
consistantly operates between 200-220 degrees, on an 80 degree day after
climbing to 3000 MSL.  After level off, the temp doesn't go down much.

It may be the gauge.  All the baffles seem to be sealing correctly, and
there is enough oil in the sump.  Is this normal for these things?
