Jeff I am rather new to coupes having only owned one since December, When I checked out I was told to consider 80 as the approach speed and it has always worked out well. I find if I let the speed get down to 70 I start to loose alt fast. I have the best landings flying 80 until I am almost to the numbers then pull back a bit and let the speed drift down to 70 touch down at 60. I imagine you will get many different answers to this question but this is mine.
