List, I am going to purchase a Flight Strobe FS4400 to replace my rotating beacon. Skyport lists them for 169.00, but Barry Jay has them for 99.00! My question is whether or not to put it on top of the fuselage or on the bottom. The old rotating beacon was on top, right behind the rear of the cabin. There's already a 3 1/8" hole there, but it seems like that might be distracting at night?
