This is the same answer I'd give.  I'll add this:  It can't hurt the
engine.  
It CAN hurt you.  If you know how to safely hand prop an engine, then do
so.  
BTW, nose draggers are more dangerous because the prop's closer to the
ground 
and you have to sorta lean over it, so beware!
