Glen, Having flown only with rudder pedals all my life, I was very
skeptical when
I purchased a bird without such. After now putting 50 some odd hours on
the Coupe,
I have to ask: Who wants them? I can see only one possible reason for
keeping the
pedals, and that's for cross control on landings. But, having some little
experience with, and hearing all the posts, I'm convinced that the pedals
add little
to the Coupe's ability to land cross wind. Take them out, throw them
away. Who
needs the extra weight.
