On a serious note, an annual is NOT a signature in the log book.  it's the

airworthiness of the airframe.  An AC that has one hot mag, one dead mag,
and 
requires 90 degrees of yoke to fly "straight" is an accident looking for a

place to happen.  The pilot has the ultimate responsibility for 
airworthiness, and this plane is obviously NOT airworthy.  Seems to me the

only sensible thing to do is have the plane re-annualed by someone who
knows 
what they're doing before further flight.
