of licensed A&P's posess common sense, then you have an 80 percent chance of
not having to deal with the other 20%. As far as I know, the FAA hasn't
required it or figured out how to test for it. SO FOLKS... that leaves the
responsiblilty up to you. If you find the fabled A&P I/A that has
experience, saavy, and down-to-earth common sense, then learn as much as you
can and treat them right. Lack of common sense does not keep one from
obtaining an A/P license (although it should)
