and leaks, even when locked, it may cause a rich mixture
Just to keep y'all honest, the "lock" mechanism is independent of the o-rings
and blocks the port where fuel enters the primer. (Or is it where it
leaves?) Add "Primer locked" to the "Gas" part of your check list...
