Problem is some folks don't realize the difference between the tractor
generator, starter and mags that may have been used "as is" and the tractor
battery that was never used, and simply is not satisfactory. This is why a
tractor expert makes a dangerous aircraft mechanic. They don't see or
understand the distinction.
