It doesn't really matter if you are 220 and your friend is 168.  You are
sitting so close to the centerline of the airplane you don't have much
affect
on the aileron effectiveness.  The only reason for bending the trailing
edge of
the ailerons or (improperly) adding tabs is to correct for tiny variations
in
rigging.
