Check your IMAP client's documentation. This is a configuration issue with your IMAP client, as the FAQ indicates.
One more question is about internacionalization (that word exists in english?) of those special folders. The purpose of that is (i think clients work in this way) that I create one root folder called "Drafts", so in an english outlook it would appear as a folder called "Drafts", but in an spanish one, it should appear as "Borradores". It
Again, it is the IMAP client's responsibility to do this.
