Ok, but the documentations says that it is possible to create the
folders not in the inbox, so in the root hierarchy. I know it is a
problem of the client, but is a problem of 4/5 clients (thunderbird
also does it, as i have read). I don't want to go to the four hundred
computers changing that setting. If it is possible to create the
folders in the root hierarchy, i would do it.

What are then the key names for the Drafts, Sent items, Spam, etc.?
Are these same names like in english?

Thanks.
