Check your IMAP client's documentation. This is a configuration issue with
your IMAP client, as the FAQ indicates.

Ok, but the documentations says that it is possible to create the
folders not in the inbox, so in the root hierarchy.

There's nothing in the documentation that says that. See http://www.courier-mta.org/FAQ.html#namespace

                                                     I know it is a
problem of the client, but is a problem of 4/5 clients (thunderbird
also does it, as i have read). I don't want to go to the four hundred
computers changing that setting. If it is possible to create the
folders in the root hierarchy, i would do it.

No. Courier's folder layout is described in this FAQ entry.

Again, it is the IMAP client's responsibility to do this.

What are then the key names for the Drafts, Sent items, Spam, etc.?
Are these same names like in english?

From an IMAP server's standpoing, there's no difference between a folder
called "Drafts", and a folder called "FooBazBlat". One mail folder is no different than any other folder, as far as the server is concerned. The client asks the server to create a folder with a particular name, and the server creates one, without regard to what it's name is.
