No. Courier's folder layout is described in this FAQ entry.

From an IMAP server's standpoing, there's no difference between a foldercalled "Drafts", and a folder called "FooBazBlat". One mail folder is no different than any other folder, as far as the server is concerned. The client asks the server to create a folder with a particular name, and the server creates one, without regard to what it's name is.
