Can making this behaviour configurable be added to the sqwebmail wishlist? :-) How is the decision taken whether a mail is going to a mailing list or not? Via the List-* headers? We use a ticketing system which tracks solely on the basis of a [xxx.com #nnn] string in the subject line. Thus, when replied from sqwebmail, correspondence that should go into an existing ticket causes a new ticket to be opened. Anything I can do in courier/ticketing system to inhibit this behaviour?
