Check your DNS settings. The system hostname, and the forward/reverse DNS for your IP address should agree with each other. There appears to be some kind of bullshit going on inside FAM, where it croaks if there's some disagreement as to the system hostname, and what DNS says. I'm not sure exactly what its major malfunction was. My priorities were elsewhere, at the moment.
