Nope.
The cannot copy error occurrs even if I start from a fresh Maildir directory. I have not been able to use this domain for almost a week.I understand that a dying hard disk is an extreme situation, but if Courier can get this messed up.. and it is this difficult to troubleshoot I am just surprised that it is as widely used as it is.. I must be missing something.. it can't be this difficult to debug this problem.
I'm surprised too -- you're the first one to report something like this in many years.
Check your syslog for any error messages about I/O errors.
