No. hosteddomains and locals are mutually exclusive. The same domain cannot be listed in both places.
The man file of makehosteddomains tells me I should then edit the content of my userdb, but I do not know in which way.
I find no reference to userdb in the makehosteddomains man page.
Also, I have a little spam problem: At least GMX's mail server puts mails from my server into a spam folder, some kind of header analyzer does not like the mails. Does anybody know why and what I could do, except asking everybody to whitelist my server?
The only entity that knows why GMX handles your mail this way is GMX.
