We are considering subletting some space to a local coffee/sandwich
vendor. We are not open yet, so we are still in the planning phase.
Here’s our rationale: we are not coffee experts, but we are
anticipating pulling people out of the coffee shops, so we assume they
want decent coffee. The vendor would be in charge of keeping their
space clean. We hope they will bring in some tables and wait staff.
Our concept is based on service as opposed to every one fending for
themselves.
What do you think?
