Hi Susan, Your post came came at the exact right time for me as I was seeing our summer drop off as well. We see the exact same trend. Although our biggest 'season' new sign-ups tends to be in the Feb-Mar time frame.
The summer thing is kinda counterintuitive. I'd expected to see more people coming in because the kids were home from school and they'd need a place to focus. But nope. Like you I take comfort as we discover and learn to leverage this - and the other - dynamics of the business. Thank You!
