Hi Kelly, I honest think that as space owners we should be proactive rather than reactive and we should look at our data and say to ourselves, "there's an obvious seasonal trend (that is not isolated to just one city) and we should try to talk about implementing extra Community Drivers that incentivize existing members to want to stay longer and new members to make some money and work smarter."
Again, I think my earlier post,"Serious Question to Space Owners Re: Community Drivers --- What do you do/ offer to keep members coming back and wanting to stay???", is relevant to solving the issues of this post.... What can we be doing or begin offering that's different? Anyone....
