Sugar, if it lives it is going to be f*king awesome and the sound of
our communal awesomeness will cause that big ol' bell you have over
there in Philly to spontaneously ring.  But first I have to get it
through its infancy and I am still a complete tyro. I am still working
too hard at the wrong things, I can feel it.

I was too stupid to believe you guys about the whole build the
community first thing, I figured if I built it they would come.  And
they are but not all that fast.  And I think every damn thing is
possible but it really isn't in a space of 80 m2.

However, because it is my house essentially I don't have the same cost
pressures -- so I can take my time about it.  And I have had a lot of
helpful support recently from folks in town.

So let's call it awesomeness in progress, with intermittent
terror.  :-)
