Alex,

There was a mention of wanting the ability to reclaim the 2nd floor (the
floor I'd be taking up front) in case they got a 1st floor
retail/restaurant (higher rent) tenant who also wanted the 2nd floor. My
realtor also guesses that turning the 15,000 sq ft building into
multi-family housing is a possibility.

Really I love the idea of being able to rent/buy the entire building
eventually, but I don't yet know if this area (Manayunk) will be able to
support the concept at that scale.
