Alex, There was a mention of wanting the ability to reclaim the 2nd floor (the floor I'd be taking up front) in case they got a 1st floor retail/restaurant (higher rent) tenant who also wanted the 2nd floor. My realtor also guesses that turning the 15,000 sq ft building into multi-family housing is a possibility.
Really I love the idea of being able to rent/buy the entire building eventually, but I don't yet know if this area (Manayunk) will be able to support the concept at that scale. *Aliza Schlabach* Founder Coworking for Parents (soon to be "Juice Box") www.CoworkingForParents.com <http://www.coworkingforparents.com/> <[email protected]> 215.858.4658 Sign up for our email newsletter <http://www.coworkingforparents.com/> | Join our Meetup group <http://www.meetup.com/CoworkingForparents/> | Like us on Facebook <http://www.facebook.com/CoworkingForParents> On Mon, Aug 20, 2012 at 2:28 PM, Alex Hillman <[email protected]>wrote: > Do you have any indication from the landlord on their reason for not > providing a renewal option? > > -Alex > > -- > /ah > indyhall.org > coworking in philadelphia > > On Monday, August 20, 2012 at 1:26 PM, Aliza Torok Schlabach wrote: > > Hi everyone, > > I am curious about what kind of basic lease structures you all have (or > had when starting your spaces).
