Note that delaying the release date for 0.8 means that either a) 0.9 won't happen in time for the tournament, or b) 0.9 will be a very small release without any major new features Of these two options, I prefer the latter. Assuming mid-July is an acceptable target for 0.9, this also means it's not so bad if something doesn't make it into 0.8 because we won't have to wait too long to get it out, anyway. Obviously, bugs should be fixed as soon as possible, especially the more severe ones, but delaying features that have not suddenly become more urgent because of recent changes, no matter how nice to have, won't hurt us. Conversely, postponing unfinished features now means there will be more new content for the next version.
