There are some issues left, but for the basic merge, I'm waiting only for my
DGL changes to be installed on the servers (CAO now runs trunk too).

Unicode Crawl always operates in the system's locale rather than relying on
charset settings in the config file, which is always the right thing to do
locally. On public servers, though, there is no system locale, so DGL needs
to provide one.

20:24 <@Napkin> damn, now i have no excuse for not updating dgl on CDO :D

Changes which totally change balance (xp boost -> various skill boosts) have
been temporarily reverted for 0.8; the rest of goodies is in.

It's generally in good shape, there are minor bugs but that's what freeze is
for.

Not so hot but that's irrelevant -- they don't spawn anywhere but ZotDef.
Due and me put some fixes but I'd still stay on the safe side and disable
them even for ZotDef.

(Any monster can spawn there if it's not M_NO_POLY_TO, M_UNFINISHED, unique
or stationary.)

I disabled some other parts, like Terpsichore.
