On my turbo CRX that still has A/C, I was continuously having overheating problems with the car (especially since I only have one fan in there due to lack of room from the turbo). There is a company called Absolute Radiators (http://www.absoluteradiator.com) that sells an all-metal radiator that is dual-core. If you go to their website and look at the CRX section, it's the one listed at the very bottom of the page. Since purchasing one for my CRX over the summer, I ended up buying another one for our new ('94) GS-R that we bought a few months ago that had a cracked stock plastic radiator when we bought it. The page where it has the all-metal one at the bottom is here:
http://www.absoluteradiator.com/ProductPage.asp?idProd=9 Total cost, with shipping, is only about $145 to your door. I no longer have overheating problems with this radiator (except once, when I was in Utah, 115F weather, with my A/C on, creeping up a hillside on a dirt road at about 10mph in 2nd gear, with a 40mph tail-wind -- don't think any radiator in the world would have prevented my temp gauge from rising in those conditions). Big thumbs up to these guys -- they're quick on delivery for the two times I've dealt with them so far. I'll probably end up getting another one from them for my race car at some point.
