I'm going to chime in just to offer a spot of reference.

I'm running the stock 90 Si motor with a JR Supercharger running 10lbs of
boost.   In 90+ heat I've never even seen the needle rise.  And yes, I still
run the AC.  Damn car is black and I really hate the humidy/heat in NEOhio
in the summer.

I use a rather light mixture of about 30% coolant and 70% water.   Now that
it's cold outside the damn thing won't even warm up at idle. And that's just
sitting in my garage ;)
