I went to the site listed and there is an actual wire diagram/photo of the harness and it looks to be very straight forward. Since it doesn't appear to splice into or replace the stock headlight wire harness, I would re-hook up the stock setup and see if it works. If it does, then you know you have something wrong in their harness or relay.
Also make sure you have a good ground (with their kit and your stock harness).
I've installed heavy duty lights before on off road vehicles and some of my past cars and I've never used the stock wire harness to deliver power to them mainly because they just can't handle the increased amperage. So that is one of the reasons (if not the main) why the lights are brighter when using their kit. They've, in a sense, replaced the stock harness. They're only using the stock wire harness as a "switch" for their relays so that's kinda cool, makes for a clean and easy installation.
Have you tried to call them? I noticed that they're out here in Southern Cali. You in Cali yet? :^)

Never heard of these before, but if you can get a picture or something, I'm
betting myself or someone else on the list can figure it out. Shouldn't be
too difficult, seeing as it's just some wiring and a couple relays. There's
only so many ways you can hook it up.

Subject: CRX: wiring harness for lights....
Has anyone else purchased a heavyduty headlight wiring harness like the
one at http://www.suvlights.com ?
I purchased one, and must say that it makes a HUGE difference in
lighting.
I purchased a set of bulbs a while back that said that they would only
use the typical 55W, but shine like they were using 85W. Needless to
say, that with the stock setup, I didn't notice dick. But when I
attached the new harness in there, HOLY SHIT!
But here's my issue. When I hooked it up, both beams were on. Change
the beam, and nothing happened. The harness has two relays. One for
dim, and one for hi. I took both out, and tried them out one at a
time, and also swapped the relays from one side to the other. Nothing
changed. The REALLY odd thing is that I pulled the relay for the
brights, so that I could drive the car today, and trouble shoot later.
But the dims only work with the brights switched on. Turn to dim, and
they shut off.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has purchased something like this,
and if they ran into the same issue, and how they resolved it.
For those of you that dont know about it, the harness is only like $45
delivered. And for the difference in lighting, especially with lights
that have the blue tinting like mine, it's a great product!
I have plasma blue's for dims, and stock for highs. Before, my dims
didn't do a whole hell of a lot of good, other than look pretty cool.
My brights were great though. Now my dims are brighter than my brights
were, and my brights are SCARY!
Anyway, any help/suggestions would be great.
