Hello List,
I am attempting to compile CS version 1.9 from the SVN and CEL from the
branch made for my GSOC project. I have everything compiling except for
the following 3 plugins in CS; plggmesh3ds, plgglshader, plgcscegui.
I am also receiving repeated errors of "could not load plugin
'crystalspace.mesh.loader.thing'" when running CEL's walktut. I believe
this is because plggmesh3ds has not compiled, am I correct?
I am also thinking that perhaps plgglshader and plgcscegui are not
essential for me as my work will be based in CEL. If anyone disagrees
please correct me but for the time I would like to focus on compiling
plgmesh3ds which I believe to be the source of my problems.
The error I am receiving from msvc2008 express edition when compiling
plggmesh3ds is:
"gmesh3ds.cpp
c:\cs\crystalspace\plugins\mesh\genmesh\persist\gmesh3ds\gmesh3ds.cpp(325)
: error C2664: 'lib3ds_io_new' : cannot convert parameter 5 from 'size_t
(__cdecl *)(void *,void *,size_t)' to 'Lib3dsIoReadFunc'
None of the functions with this name in scope match the target type"
