Why keep CrystalSpace and CEL on different Trac instances? It makes the 
CEL pages much less discoverable - if you hadn't mentioned it, I would 
have never noticed that there was a CEL Trac instance. ;) Shouldn't we 
just create separate issue components for CrystalSpace and CEL (and the 
website) to a single Trac instance? I don't see how multiple instances 
buys us anything.

Sure, a captcha is no problem. I think there is a reCAPTCHA module for 
Drupal, for instance.

I planned to do feature lists for both CrystalSpace and CEL. If we find 
that some of the listed features should have a dedicated pages with 
explanations, we can add them (although to be honest, I don't think 
we'll need that for most features - two or three sentences will be 
enough most of the time, especially considering that as an open-source 
project, we don't have to bloat everything with marketing talk ;) ).
