I think input would need to be read in order to be actively ignored. >From what I have seen there is hardly ever any acknowledgement from the game developers of almost any of the countless issues discussed on this mailing list. This leads me to believe that they simply do not care about what the community says or the issues that players, server admins and mod developers have to deal with on a daily basis. Even when patches are released, the vast majority of the time they are one step forward two steps back, causing more additional problems after all is said and done, this points to major incompetence and a serious lack of communication.
