Most people won't have it unless they copy/pasted it from elsewhere or are developers. I just wanted to share in case it was the cause of anyone else's issue. It used to disable crash dump submission (as well as the auto-deletion of crash dump files after submission). After today's updates, it causes a crash on startup right after the line about initializing steam libraries.
