Same prob this evening (in germany): All or servers and also other
greater publics arent 'joinable' until the server get stopped and restarted.
Is there any other solution how to 'bypass' this problem or how to solve
this without(!) rebooting the server?

It should be fixed, yes.
If it is easy to fix for valve? I dont know, but i know that it sucks
when the server on some days need to be restarted a few times just to
make it possible that 'new players' (players with an actual steam
login) can connect to the server too.
Im just waiting for 1 1/2 years right now and some weeks its running
fine, and some weeks its horrible... atm its horrible for our server. :-/
But i dont flame Valve cause they are on a very good way with CS:GO
cause they do more to fix bugs and try to prevent bugusing then in 1.6
ever happened. :)

Seems so, but it's still completely unacceptable... the bug has
existed for at least a year now. At the least they could have an
option to disable lobby system for a server 100% (like in L4D
series), which could at least be a workaround. Or some kind of
heartbeat that reestablishes lobby reservation if it gets lost. Or
SOMETHING.
Doubt it would take that much time to fix such a glaring bug in this
game.

No solution, but the lobby doesn't exist anymore which is why
client's are getting rejected. I don't believe you're at fault,
this used to happen to me daily for months. If I had to hazard a
guess, the lobby isn't recreated once the server loses it's
connection to Steam.

Everything I have read about it is talking about the
mapgroups, but I have that configured correctly (and it
shouldn't even be needed, as I run the same map 24/7). It
is very annoying to have to kick a 16+/20 slot server
filled with people because the lobby reservation expired
or something, and reboot srcds...

Please give insight to fix this, other then the repeated
"your mapgroups are broken", which should not be the
issue in my case. Thanks all.
