I'm afraid I misunderstand you here, John: "semantic markup of HTML5 is limited to entire divs,"; this might not be farther from the truth. A
is a very abstract way to markup content and there is most likely a better way to do it in every case - p, ul, blockquote, etc, etc. I honestly think I'm missing the point here, as I don't see how a span of text could be marked up with keyword and it even be considered to be more semantic than keyword. Tags should indicate what the content is, schema can be used to expand upon that, and classes should be used to style - not to indicate meaning except in the case of helping other developers understand the markup. -- Chris Rockwell ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [css-d@lists.css-discuss.org] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ List policies -- http://css-discuss.org/policies.html Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
