Also, I think we can use the command "svndumpfilter exclude" to remove the non-ctakes projects (trunk/MedKATp_all and trunk/PEP).
I think that would be something like:
cat full_dump_file | svndumpfilter exclude trunk/MedKATp_all |
svndumpfilter exclude trunk/PEP > ctakes_only_dump_file
