I agree with Steven, I think we should be doing an svnadmin dump/svnadmin load. We were talking about migrating the svn repo with history. This doesn't mean restoring the existing repository to an archival location.
If we don't do that, we won't have history on all the files and we can see what's changed between version or look back at log statements. Matt
