+1 to svnadmin dump/load -- ASF infra@ has experience doing this, I would
contact them by filing a JIRA issue at 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA
and then sending an email to [email protected] and coordinating with
Daniel Shahaf or someone else who has experience with this. Shouldn't be too
difficult, I think. Thanks guys!
