Hi Heinz Most of the work we do is web development. We therefore normally provide all applicants with an Access database that they have to normalise and then they have to write a web app that reads from and insert into the database. We do not tell them exactly what to do as this allows them to be innovative.
Points are scored for the architecture that they use and the documentation that accompanies the app. It is however shocking how few applicants are actually willing to do the assignment. PS thanks for submitting your CV. I am however sad to inform you that you appear to be over qualified for the position :) That will cause quite another stir I suppose... >Riaan that is a great policy! > >What type of project would you as an employer be >impressed by? > >Kind regards from > >Heinz >-- >Dr. Heinz M.
