What about when people are using the Internet and either make or receive a call? Do you require them to sign out on their computer if they leave it for more than a bathroom break? We have had people go outside to talk on their phones for 15-20 minutes and just get up and leave the computer and no one knew for sure whether they were really gone or just outside. Same thing goes for cigarette breaks. The board adopted this policy after we received several complaints from other patrons. We even have signs with a line through the cell phone picture. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen though!
