The solution is obvious: sex with animals, sex with machines, sex with
aliens. I'm reminded of a poster picturing a dog humping a human's leg,
with the caption, SAFE SEX. But even animals and aliens can carry some
nasty pathogens, so we're left with: sex with machines. Teledildonics.
