That, I'm not so sure about. Maybe it's further fallout from the same
change? Try putting that input-forcing line back in, and see if it
changes the mouse action.

I switched back and forth several times between the two versions and
could fortunately not reproduce the problem with the menus. I think that
it was probably just an unrelated glitch.
So,
- tmp_win->wmhints->input = True;
+ //tmp_win->wmhints->input = True;
seems to be the right way to go!
