With the config in NetBSD 9.1 and trunk ctwm, I did notice some focus
weirdness when there was an xload window present. The window decoration
for focus isn't that distinctive, but in the icon manager it was clear
that several windows could have the "focus" indication at once. This
happened if you moved "too fast" from one window to another, and
happened even without SloppyFocus.

But I don't see a similar effect in my usual config... hm.
I do (sometimes, depending on mouse speed it seems) that the focus
remains on the previous window if I move into xload.

It seems the setting NoTitleFocus (which is in NetBSD's config but not
in mine) makes the difference here (for the inconmanager case).

I suppose I should look into that. I guess the "focus event lookahead"
logic (see HandleFocusChange()) may be contributing here too.
NoTitleFocus would change the behaviour when you're crossing the window
title or border, I think.
